Refund policy
Welcome to KBoutiques, where we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not delighted with your KBoutiques items, we're here to make it right.
- Exchanges
We provide complimentary exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Please be aware that items exchanged cannot be returned for a refund.
- Returns
For a return to be accepted, your item must be in its original state, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
If you opt for a refund to your original payment method, we offer a pre-paid shipping label at a cost of $5, which will be deducted from your refund.
Our return policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Once you've requested a return, you have up to 10 days to send the item back to us.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@kboutiques.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return authorization cannot be processed for a refund or exchange.

- Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately and contact us without delay if you find any defects, damages, or if you've received the incorrect item. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution.
- Processing Refunds
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your returned item, and a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please be patient as it may take some time for your financial institution to process and reflect the refund.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside of Canada or the USA, we do not offer free shipping, prepaid return labels, or prepaid exchange labels. We are open to accepting returns and exchanges if you choose to ship the item back to us at your own expense.
