Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

Kboutiques accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We accept PayPal and Afterpay as alternate payment methods. Shop Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay are also supported for faster checkout. We cannot accept Afterpay for orders shipped or billed to Canada.

Prepaid gift cards and bank cards can also be used to cover the full payment of your purchase but must be registered prior to placing an order. Please review the details on the back of the card for more information.

When will I be charged?

Credit cards and PayPal are charged at the time of shipment. A pending charge will be captured at the time of order placement and finalized when the order is shipped. Afterpay, E-Gift Cards and orders containing Early Access items are charged at time of order placement.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Changes to orders cannot be made once an order has been submitted. Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at service@kboutiques.com for questions.

Why was my credit card declined?

Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please verify your billing details and card number and try again. Please note, declined transactions may result in a pending charge which will typically drop off within a few business days. Time may vary between financial institutions.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. Please place separate orders to ship to different addresses. If you need assistance, please email Customer Experience at service@kboutiques.com

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we do ship to PO boxes within the contiguous US. Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

When will my order process?

Standard orders may take up to 7-10 business days to process before they are shipped from our facility. 

Please note, due to an overwhelming demand in orders, processing may exceed this quoted timeframe. 

Any order placed over the weekend/holiday will process the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. 

Do you offer price adjustments?

It is our goal to offer the best prices on our products. Due to the ever-changing trends and seasonality of our assortment, price adjustments are not offered, and we are unable to retroactively apply a promotion to a prior purchase. 

Can I apply a promo code to an order I just placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively make any changes, including any promo codes to your order.

Are any items excluded from promotion codes?

Generally, promotion codes cannot be used on the following: Clearance items, Stranded Collection, Disney(®)Collection, corporate gifting orders or the purchase of E-Gift cards. Please refer to the promotion disclaimer for any specifics regarding additional exclusions.

Do you offer gift packaging?

KBOUTIQUES offers select DIY (Do It Yourself) gift packaging for purchase only starting at $3, while supplies lasts. We do not offer free gift boxes or pouches and are unable to send packaging separately. Some items may contain their own packaging, this varies by collection. Your order will not include any details on the price you paid. 

Our gift packaging is available for purchase prior to checkout inside your shopping cart. Or you can click HERE to view all of our packaging options! 

Please note, if you are shipping a gift to someone, all gift packaging will be included separately from your items. 

At this time, we do not offer the option to create a gift message.  

My billing address is in Canada, but I wish to ship to the USA, can this be accommodated?

AnswerYes, we can ship your order to the USA. The pricing on ALEXANDANI.com will reflect the currency of the country you are accessing the website from. You will be charged for shipping based on the conversion rate to CAD on the date your order is placed. We cannot accept Afterpay for orders shipped or billed to Canada.

Is there any limit to the amount I can order?

We want to keep our selling practices fair and safe. That's why we reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order for any reason.

(FYI: These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.) We'll of course notify you should such limits be applied.

Also, it's worth noting that reselling (purchasing or intending to purchase any product(s) from ALEX AND ANI for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of that same product(s) with a third party) is a major no-no for us. For this reason, we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers

USA Shipping

What shipping methods are offered within the USA?

We offer Standard Shipping for $8. Priority for $10.95,

*The processing time is 6-10 business days for orders with Standard shipping. Priority and Expedited options must be submitted by 11:00 AM EST to ship the same day. Any order placed after 11 AM EST or over the weekend/holiday will process the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. 

No guarantee and no reimbursement on shipping fees due to carrier delays.

In-transit timeframes:

Standard - Up to 6-10business days

Priority - Up to 5-8 business days

**Please note noncontiguous states may experience longer transit times and higher shipping rates.

My order has shipped and I have a tracking number, why do I not see any movement?

If your order has been assigned a tracking number and it shows pre-shipment or awaiting processing, please note this is normal and means your order has left our warehouse and is currently in transit. Due to high volume with the carriers, you may not see scans or movement on your package while it is in transit.

Currently, our representatives (as well as the carriers) are unable to provide any additional guidance on status updates regarding your order. If your order does not show any movement after 10 business days from the date your tracking was assigned, please contact us then.

Can I change the address on my order once it has shipped?

Once your order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes to an address. For further assistance, you may be able to contact the carrier directly.

What should I do if my package shows delivered but not received?

Trying to find your package? Sorry! This happens sometimes. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it's not hiding or jammed. Also ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still hasn't turned up in 3 more business days, contact us. We are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect or previous address or orders shipped to a Forwarding Company.

What should I do if the tracking shows my package is being returned to sender?

Your package will be returned to KBOUTIQUES. Upon receipt, any order deemed undeliverable by the shipper will be refunded back to the original form of payment. We are unable to reroute or resend any returned packages..

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

Standard shipping may be delivered on Saturday however, certain areas in the country are not guaranteed.

What is your return policy?

KBOUTIQUES jewelry is meant to bring happiness and inspiration to its wearers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the purchase or order delivery date. 

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. The returned item must be unworn with the UPC tag attached or appropriate UPC packaging. If the item is returned within 30 days, but without the UPC tag attached or appropriate packaging, an E-Gift Card will be issued. If returning an order that included a gift with purchase, be sure to include this item with your return or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the free item(s).

How do I initiate a return?

To return any eligible item(s) and receive an electronic prepaid return label, please contact our KBOUTIQUES Customer Service Team at service@kboutiques.com

Please note, prepaid return labels are sent via email only and must be printed by the customer for use. ALEX AND ANI does not have the option to mail a return label. 

For orders shipping to Canada, return shipping cost is paid by the customer due to custom fees. Our return address can be found on your invoice.

Can I return an item I received as a gift?

Only if the gift was purchased directly through our website at service@kboutiques.com can it be returned. Please be sure to provide your email address to our customer service team at service@kboutiques.com and we will be sure to indicate this on the return label. Failure to do so will result in the gift giver receiving a refund to their credit card.

Proof of purchase is required for all gift returns.

How can I track my return?

Please be sure to keep the tracking number that is sent to you via email once we have created your prepaid return label. If you choose to return and not utilize the KBOUTIQUES shipping label, we are not responsible for lost or returned packages, and we recommend that you insure your package for the full value of the contents. Once your return has been received, please allow up to 14 business days to be processed. During holiday times, processing times may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email when the return is completed. It may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds reflect on your billing statement.

  2. Mild Soap and Water: For a deeper clean, mix a small amount of mild soap with lukewarm water. Gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth or a soft toothbrush (for intricate designs or crystals), then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  3. Drying: Pat your jewelry dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Ensure it is completely dry before storing to prevent any tarnish or damage.
  4. Regular Cleaning: To prevent black markings on your skin or jewelry, clean your pieces regularly. These marks are often a result of trapped oils and dirt, which can be easily removed with routine cleaning.
  5. Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Never use jewelry cleaner on your KBoutiques Trend pieces, as they can be too strong and may contain abrasives that could damage the finish.
  6. Storage: Store each piece separately to prevent scratches. For necklaces, hanging is the best storage method to maintain their shape.
  7. Beauty Products: Apply perfumes, hairsprays, or lotions before putting on your jewelry to avoid any chemical reactions that could damage the metal.
  8. Household Chores: Avoid wearing jewelry while doing household chores or using abrasive cleaners, as certain chemicals can harm the finish.
  9. Swimming and Bathing: Except for the Everyday Stainless Steel Collection, remove your jewelry before swimming or bathing to prevent damage from chlorine and other chemicals.
  10. Avoid DIY Cleaners: Do not use acidic products like ketchup or other unconventional cleaning agents to clean your jewelry. These can strip the finish and void any warranty.

How do I care for my KBoutiques Polishing Cloth?

We advise against washing your KBoutiques polishing cloth. Our signature cloth is designed to effectively clean and restore the luster of all your KBoutiques jewelry. Crafted from 100% cotton flannel, this cloth is both reusable and gentle on your jewelry.

To maintain the effectiveness of your KBoutiques polishing cloth, simply use it as is without the need for any cleansing agents. Gently rub your jewelry between the two interior layers of the cloth to bring out the natural shine of each piece. Washing the cloth is not recommended.

For optimal results, use your KBoutiques polishing cloth regularly from the time of purchase. This will help keep your jewelry looking its best without the need for harsh chemicals or water.

How Expandable Are Your Expandable Bangles?

At KBoutiques, we've designed our Expandable Wire Bangles to accommodate a wide range of wrist sizes. They are adjustable, fitting wrists from a minimum diameter of two inches up to a maximum of about three and a half inches. On average, this provides a circumference of approximately seven and a half inches.

Can children wear KBoutiques bracelets?

At KBoutiques, we believe in creating jewelry that is both beautiful and safe for our customers. Our jewelry is designed with care, but it's important to note that KBoutiques jewelry is not intended for children under the age of twelve

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

KBoutiques offers a one (1)-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing and material defects on KBoutiques full-priced products purchased in-store and online directly from KBoutiques or authorized KBoutiques retailers only. Products purchased from a clearance sale are covered by a limited sixty (60)-day warranty.

Please note that accidental damage, tarnishing, and ordinary wear and tear are not included in this warranty. Any modifications, attempted repairs, or failure to follow KBoutiques care instructions after purchase will void the warranty. Loss or theft are also not covered under this policy

How do I initiate a warranty claim?

To initiate a warranty claim for your KBoutiques jewelry, you must have a valid proof of purchase, such as a purchase receipt, delivery receipt, or gift receipt. There are two options available for submitting your claim:

In-Person: Present your proof of purchase and the jewelry in question to the Authorized Retailer where you originally purchased the item.

Online: Take clear photos of both the front and back of the jewelry, as well as the proof of purchase, and submit these images to the KBoutiques Customer Experience Team at service@kboutiques.com

Upon approval of your warranty claim, KBoutiques will replace your jewelry with the same item if it is available. If the item is no longer available, in-store customers will receive a gift card for the value paid, while online customers will receive an E-Gift Card. If the proof of purchase does not reflect the value paid, the customer will receive an E-Gift Card valued at the last advertised price of the warrantied product.

Please note that submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee its approval. KBoutiques reserves the right to deny any warranty claim that does not adhere to our policy guidelines.

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether oral, written, express, or implied, to the extent permitted by law. KBoutiques disclaims any other statutory or implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability, implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranty against hidden or latent defects. If a warranty cannot be disclaimed under law, the duration of any implied warranty will be the same length as this written warranty. KBoutiques is not responsible for direct, incidental, special, consequential, or any other damages resulting from any breach of warranty, condition, or other legal theory. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
